Job description
- Lead the end-to-end deployment and implementation of enterprise AI platforms and services.
- Own ongoing platform administration, operational management, and support activities.
- Monitor platform availability, performance, health, adoption, and utilization metrics.
- Drive incident resolution and coordinate vendor escalations when platform issues arise.
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks, support procedures, and platform documentation.
- Manage platform lifecycle activities, including upgrades, feature releases, and enhancements.
- Define and improve operational processes, support models, and service-level objectives (SLOs).
- Create onboarding, enablement, and training programs to drive enterprise adoption.
- Build automation solutions using scripting to streamline platform operations.
- Design and maintain integrations between enterprise systems, AI platforms, and APIs.
- Develop data extraction, transformation, and reporting solutions.
- Partner with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams to ensure platforms meet governance standards.
Requirements
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
Experience: Candidates must have 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology platforms, infrastructure services, or SaaS products. This includes at least 3 years of experience implementing, administering, or supporting AI, cloud, or developer productivity platforms. Experience deploying enterprise SaaS solutions at scale is necessary.
Technical Skills: Strong scripting and automation experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar languages is required. The role demands experience with APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and enterprise systems, as well as building data extraction, transformation, and reporting solutions. A strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Entra ID / Azure Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and enterprise security controls is necessary. Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk or Grafana is also required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing, administering, or supporting platforms such as Anthropic Enterprise, OpenAI Enterprise, GitHub Copilot Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or Azure AI Foundry.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, and compliance.
- Experience with software deployment and enterprise application management.
- Familiarity with FinOps, cloud cost optimization, and usage analytics.
- Prior experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry.
- Demonstrated success in introducing and scaling new technologies across large organizations.
