Network Security Engineer

CDH are searching for a Senior Network and Security Engineer to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee critical systems, provide expert support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our network and security landscape., * Ensure uptime and performance of IT infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, DNS, FW, DC, etc.) per SLAs.

• Manage second- and third-line support tickets, assisting first-line as needed.
• Validate and deploy infrastructure/network deliverables, adhering to standards and governance principles.
• Participate in change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions without operational impact.
• Propose and implement network and security improvements, including HLD/LLD solutions.
• Monitor firewalls, networks, and systems; manage third-party collaboration for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation (migration/test plans, troubleshooting reports).
• Contribute to RFI/RFP preparation and version control of systems.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in a technology field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in IT, including 5 in networking/security.
• Expertise in routing (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, QoS, and DC LAN tech.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls (Checkpoint, Palo Alto), proxies (Zscaler/ZPA), DNS, and load balancing.
• Familiarity with tools like Splunk, Cisco ISE, Infoblox, and SDWAN/SASE.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of IT processes.
