Job description

Understand stakeholder needs and translate them into visualization and reporting solutions
Capture requirements and develop prototypes and full dashboards
Prepare and assemble data for visualization
Manage the full lifecycle of dashboards and reports: development, optimization, publication and decommissioning
Collaborate with Data Engineers to build sustainable, reusable and governed data assets
Promote data visualization and reporting best practices
Ensure compliance with data governance, security and data strategy
Coach junior Data Visualization Specialists
Document solutions and train users on reporting and visualization tools

Requirements

6+ years of experience in Data Analytics & Visualization
Strong expertise in dashboard design, data visualization and data storytelling
Ability to prepare data and translate business needs into clear visualization solutions
Good knowledge of Data Warehouses, Data Marts, data extraction and preparation
Strong understanding of data governance, security and data strategy
Hands-on experience with Tableau, SAP Business Objects and MS Office
Experience with SAS Enterprise Guide is a plus
Knowledge of Power BI and Python is a plus
Previous experience in Banking, Data Analytics and Project Management
Strong Agile mindset and ability to work in a digital environment
Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or another quantitative discipline
Fluent Dutch, French and English
Strong communication, analytical and influencing skills
Proactive, autonomous and collaborative team player
