UI/UX Figma Designer

Do you have experience in Figma?, * Lives in the US

• Years experience: 7+ Years

• Start date: ASAP (can start onboarding/process of getting through )

• Availability: 9:00 AM -5:00 PM CST

• Comfortable working on more than one project at a time

• Design strategy (self-starter, identifies gaps and risks and comes up with ideas to

mitigate)

• Curiosity and interest in data problems

• Significant experience designing for enterprise internal/B2B. Examples:

o Data density

o Data tables

o Reporting and data analysis

• Familiarity with data. Examples:

o Data structures / schemas / tables

o Data pipelines

o Excel

• Excellent Figma skills

o Variables

o Design systems

o Layer management

o Design to code (how Figma features translate to code)

Should Have:

• Some familiarity with HTML, CSS

• Experience with Figma Make, Lovable, or similar

• Telecom experience

• Data-oriented design (components as data / content)

• Experience working closely with engineering

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with how React works

• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping using Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.

$70 - $78 an hour - Contract
