IT Application Support Analyst

• Take end-to-end technical ownership of applications in Risk Management, Governance & Compliance, and ESG Reporting
• Manage the full application lifecycle, from implementation and configuration to upgrades and retirement
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and integration concepts
• Coordinate releases, testing activities, and operational readiness with internal teams and external suppliers
• Ensure compliance with IT architecture, security, and data protection standards
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous optimisation initiatives, About the team: You will join a collaborative and international team that values knowledge sharing, ownership, and continuous improvement. • 5+ years of experience in technical application management or application engineering, ideally in SaaS-based environments
• Solid understanding of integrations such as REST APIs, Single Sign-on, EntraID, and user provisioning
• Ability to turn business requirements into practical and reliable technical solutions
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working with strong analytical skills
• Ideally, familiarity with Risk & Compliance processes or certifications such as ITIL, Azure, TOGAF, CISSP, or CISM
• Fluent English skills; German is an advantage
