Compliance Architect: You must have a proven track record of building (not just maintaining) BSI C5 and ISO 27001 frameworks and actively running the certifications. Identity Mastermind: Deep, hands-on command of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, IAM (RBAC, SAML, OIDC, SCIM), and Microsoft 365. Tooling Overlord: Expert administration and optimization of Jira, Confluence, and Git (GitHub/GitLab). Experience & Language: Minimum 3 years in hands-on platform engineering with at least B2+ German proficiency. Location Reality: Hybrid in Hamburg, Germany (2-3 days on-site).
