• Play a key role in a major digital transformation across Salesforce, Headless CMS, PIM and modern cloud technologies
• Operate between technology, business and senior stakeholders to bring structure to complex environments
• Help different teams work together towards better, customer-focused solutions
• Define end-to-end architectures
• Shape integration strategies
• Provide architectural leadership across digital products and customer-facing platforms
• Cover business requirements and solution design through delivery, governance and architectural assurance
• Help introduce greater structure, governance and customer-focused processes into an immature architecture environment

• Extensive Solutions Architecture experience within enterprise-scale environments
• Strong experience across CRM, web/CMS and digital platforms
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Headless CMS environments
• Strong PIM, MDM or data-centric transformation experience
• Experience designing API-first and integration-led architectures
• Strong understanding of REST, GraphQL, events, middleware and modern integration platforms
• Experience integrating CRM, CMS, ERP, analytics and other business-critical systems
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and influencing without direct authority
• Able to balance strategic architecture with practical delivery
• Experience working in Agile environments
• TOGAF, ArchiMate or equivalent architecture qualification would be desirable
