1st Line Support Engineer

• Deliver 1st line IT support via phone, email, and in person
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Escalate complex issues to Level Two support as needed
• Install software and manage patches and updates, including MS Office, antivirus, and business applications
• Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and Office 365
• Accurately document tickets, resolutions, and procedures in the helpdesk system

• Around 2 years of experience in a similar support role
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 admin tools
• Comfortable working across both Mac and Windows environments
• Strong communication skills and excellent people skills
• Customer-focused mindset with keen attention to detail
• Willingness to gain relevant Microsoft certifications, We are looking for a confident and capable 1st Line Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a variety of systems and locations. The role is based in our office in Southwark, London, and you will need to be able to commute into Central London.
