Job description

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for networking applications and platforms.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Python.
Validate network protocols, configurations, and end-to-end connectivity.
Integrate automated test suites into GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and performance testing.
Analyse test results and troubleshoot failures.
Work closely with Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
Support automated testing across release and deployment cycles.
Produce test reports, defect analysis, and quality metrics.
Contribute to test framework improvements and automation best practices.

Requirements

Strong commercial experience in network testing.
Hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, and routing and switching.
Experience with BGP and/or OSPF is advantageous.
Strong experience with Robot Framework.
Programming and scripting experience using Python.
Experience with Selenium is beneficial.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
Good knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
