Job description

Own and manage the organisational Change Request and BAU change pipeline, overseeing intake, triage, assessment and prioritisation. Coordinate Change Management Board (CMB) and Change Approval Board (CAB) processes, ensuring appropriate documentation, governance and approvals are in place. Work closely with clinical, operational, corporate and IMT stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, dependencies and delivery constraints. Manage demand and capacity across Portfolio, PMO, Development, Applications, BI, Infrastructure and Clinical Integration teams. Monitor approved changes through the full lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment and operational transition. Ensure appropriate testing, documentation, training, communications, business readiness and handover activities are completed. Produce regular reporting on pipeline status, backlog health, delivery performance, trends and service performance. Identify and resolve risks, conflicting priorities, dependencies and resource constraints, escalating issues where appropriate. Continuously improve Cora Health’s change processes, governance and ways of working, supporting the development of the wider change management framework.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience managing change requests, work backlogs or delivery pipelines, ideally within a structured governance environment. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work confidently across technical, clinical, operational and corporate teams. Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a pragmatic approach to resolving delivery, resource and priority conflicts. Good understanding of change management, change lifecycles and service transition, with an appreciation of software delivery, infrastructure and operational services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders. A degree-level qualification or equivalent practical experience, alongside evidence of professional development in change, project delivery or service management. A formal Change Management qualification such as APMG Change Management would be desirable. Desirable: Experience within healthcare, the NHS or another regulated sector, alongside knowledge of ITIL, change control, release management, clinical safety, information governance and cyber security. Experience with tools such as Monday.com, Azure DevOps or Jira would also be advantageous.
