Data & AI Systems Lead

• Own our data backbone, including Power BI, dashboards, and reporting
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards covering sales quality, data quality, and service quality metrics
• Regularly audit dashboard outputs against source data to catch broken feeds, drift, or definitional inconsistencies between regions or teams
• Flag anomalies and investigate them before they surface in a leadership meeting
• Run ad hoc deep-dives when a metric looks off and find the root cause
• Work with Finances MI function to keep metrics and definitions aligned across the business
• Identify practical opportunities to apply AI across canvassing, sales, customer service, operations, recruitment, and reporting
• Build working AI solutions, not just proposals
• Stay close to useful AI tooling and bring the team relevant, applicable ideas
• Prototype and implement AI-assisted workflows such as automated customer communications, anomaly detection, and churn signals
• Own AI tools and workflows once live
• Train and support the wider team in using AI tools effectively where it helps their day-to-day work
• Stay close to upstream changes such as system migrations, new regions, and process changes that could affect data or break existing tooling

• Strong hands-on Power BI experience, including data modelling, DAX, and Power Query
• Working SQL knowledge and comfort interrogating figures in detail
• Genuine hands-on experience building with AI tools, including shipping an automation, workflow, or internal tool that relied on them
• A naturally sceptical, detail-oriented mindset
• Experience working with operational data such as sales, service, or field operations data is a strong plus
• Confidence to challenge stakeholders, including senior leadership, when the data does not support the narrative
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, scaling business where processes and data sources change often

We are looking for someone who can be the analytical engine behind leaderships decisions and help us bring practical AI tooling into how we work. This is an in-person role with a salary of £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year. Benefits include a company pension, free parking, and on-site parking.
