Implementation Specialist - Senior

Job Summary: We are supporting a contract opportunity for an experienced implementation professional to help roll out standardized inventory and receiving processes across a multi-site plant network. We are looking for someone who can combine hands-on plant-floor execution with strong coordination skills to support software deployment, site onboarding, process adoption, and stabilization., * Deploy the approved inbound and outbound inventory process across multiple plant sites, supporting onboarding, readiness, go-live, and stabilization activities.

• Perform hands-on validation at select sites, including hand-count inventories and receiving activities, to confirm the process works in live operations.
• Support software deployment by coordinating testing, UAT, data validation, cutover, and issue resolution with IT, vendors, and plant teams.
• Maintain rollout plans, site schedules, issue logs, risk registers, decision logs, and status updates while gathering site feedback and escalating process decisions appropriately.

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Demonstrated experience deploying or rolling out standardized processes and operational software across multiple sites.
• Experience implementing business, inventory, manufacturing, warehouse, ERP, or related operational software, with an understanding of inventory control, material movements, receiving, shipping, production transactions, and reconciliation practices.
• Strong change-management, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and user-adoption skills; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project/issue-tracking tools; immediate, high availability with near-full-time focus and willingness to travel approximately 50-60% and work on the plant floor in an active manufacturing environment.
