Job description
As a Machine Learning Engineer at Adobe, you will play a pivotal role in our ambitious journey to redefine digital experiences. This is your chance to work on innovative solutions that will impact billions of users worldwide!
- Develop and program coordinated software algorithms to structure, analyze, and leverage data in both structured and unstructured environments.
- Communicate descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive insights/algorithms.
- Work on large scale distributed Information retrieval systems using the latest best of breed technologies not limited to traditional IR but also include vector and semantic search.
- Convert algorithms and technical specifications into code using current programming languages and technologies.
- Perform testing, debugging, and implement efficiencies for flawless execution.
- Complete documentation and procedures for deployment and maintenance.
- Work with large-scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems, and modeling environments.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who are exceptionally skilled and ready to take on world-class challenges:
- 3+ years of experience in AI platform build and implementation, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure and distributed computing.
- Outstanding programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Proven capability to effectively apply complex algorithms and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Benefits & conditions
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,400 – $202,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $139,700 - $202,250
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
