IT Systems Administrator

The IT Systems Administrator role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure supporting healthcare revenue cycle operations. Focuses on implementing and maintaining systems that enable accurate data processing and compliance with healthcare regulations. Contributes to operational continuity by supporting system performance and resolving technical issues promptly. Installs and configures IT systems and applications to meet operational requirements. Monitors system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality. Applies security protocols and updates to safeguard data integrity and compliance. Documents system configurations and changes to ensure accurate records and audit readiness. Collaborates with internal teams to support technology needs and resolve technical challenges. Executes backup and recovery procedures to protect critical data and minimize downtime. Provides technical support for end-users to ensure smooth system utilization.
