Support Analyst I (Junior Infrastructure Operations/Shift Analyst )

We are seeking a Shift Analyst to provide overnight monitoring and Tier 2 support for enterprise infrastructure and business-critical applications. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional who is technically curious, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow within an infrastructure environment. Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, storage, and enterprise applications.
• Monitor and support production batch jobs and workflows.
• Perform server reboots, incident response, and technical escalations.
• Assist with monthly patching, infrastructure changes, and disaster recovery exercises.
• Document incidents, requests, and resolutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams and participate in ongoing technical cross-training.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus 1 year of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic infrastructure/server support experience.
• Windows Server experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work a rotating overnight schedule.

Preferred Experience

• Linux/UNIX
• VMware or Citrix
• Infrastructure monitoring and/or batch management
• Storage/SAN infrastructure
• Windows desktop/server environments
• Automation or scripting
