Job description
- Develop and optimize advanced SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models.
- Lead reporting and validation for key clinical metrics and workflows.
- Partner with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders on metric definitions and analysis.
- Automate Key Result (KR) reporting and reduce manual processes.
- Perform data quality checks, peer reviews, and root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- 4âÂÂ7 years of experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare BI, or product analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills and strong GCP/BigQuery experience.
- Understanding of clinical workflows, EHR data, and clinical quality metrics.
- Python and ETL scripting experience is a strong plus.
