Clinical Data Analyst - SQL & BigQuery

o Lead reporting design, data pipelines, and validation for core clinical metrics (including Permanent CVC Order Utilization, Care Activity On-Time Reporting, Pure Flow Flagging, and Vital Check Compliance).

o Partner directly with Clinical Product Managers and operational leaders on metric definitions, baselines, and clinical workflow analysis.

o Build and optimize advanced SQL pipelines and BigQuery data models to support scalable self-serve analytics.

o Automate Key Result (KR) reporting to eliminate manual compilation.

o Conduct peer reviews, quality checks, and root-cause analysis on clinical data anomalies.

o 4-7 years of progressive experience in clinical data analytics, healthcare business intelligence, or product analytics.

o Advanced SQL mastery and extensive experience with cloud data platforms (Google Cloud Platform / BigQuery).

o Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR data structures, and clinical quality metrics.

o Python/ETL scripting skills are strong pluses.
