Requirements

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, tech-savvy problem solver who is genuinely obsessed with mastering systems, uncovering insights, and making things work better. You love digging into data, asking “why,” connecting the dots, and turning information into a strategy that actually moves the business forward. You’re equally energized by figuring out why an HRIS integration isn’t working, building a dashboard that makes a leader say “Wow, I finally understand this,” automating a painfully manual process, or experimenting with how AI can make HR smarter and more efficient. You don’t just maintain systems - you learn them inside and out, challenge the status quo, and look for what’s possible next. You’re a little bit HR strategist, a little bit data detective, a little bit technology geek, and a whole lot of problem solver. You have a high bar for accuracy, a healthy curiosity about how things work, and the creativity and persistence to keep digging until you find the answer. If you get genuinely excited about turning messy data into meaningful insights, complicated systems into elegant solutions, and “we’ve always done it this way” into “here’s a better way,” we want to meet you., * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or I/O Psychology, Information Systems or related field

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HRIS administration, workforce analytics, or HR technology with a demonstrable track record of owning HR systems end-to-end

  • Hands-on experience with HR systems such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, and performance management (ADP Workforce Now, Clear Company, and Traliant familiarity strongly desired)

  • Strong data analysis skills with expert proficiency in Excel; experience with other data visualization tools is an asset

  • Clear understanding of how HR data intersects with legal compliance requirements - including recordkeeping obligations, pay equity reporting, and audit documentation standards

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a zero-tolerance approach to data inaccuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple systems projects simultaneously and drive continuous improvement with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset

  • Proven ability to translate technical system information and processes into clear guidance for non-technical HR and leadership stakeholders

  • Experience in multi-entity environment preferred
  • Embraces the opportunity to be all-hands-on-deck in a high-volume, high-expectation environment and make meaningful impact as part of a small but mighty team

  • Ability to adapt to occasional variations in schedule including working nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate based on the event calendar

  • Must demonstrate our organizational values of integrity, curiosity, empathy, collaboration, and originality
