Data Analyst (Must Speak Mandarin)

Join a leading global financial services firm as a Data Analyst, supporting the HR Team with SQL-based reporting, audit requests, data analysis, and HRIS initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with SQL, Access, and HR systems, and Mandarin fluency required.

• Support HR audits and reporting through SQL, HRIS, and data analysis
• Extract, analyze, and deliver HR data insights for key stakeholders, * Work with SQL and Microsoft Access databases to extract, validate, and analyze data.
• Create, maintain, and deliver reports to support HR, business, and audit requirements.
• Assist with Head Office and internal audit requests by providing required reporting and supporting documentation.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL, Microsoft Access, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Support HRIS reporting, data management, and system optimization initiatives.
• Assist with Dayforce configuration and reporting to support business analysis needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR data and reporting.

The Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the HR Team with data extraction, reporting, audit requests, and HR systems administration. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with SQL databases and HRIS platforms, and the ability to work with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely reporting.

Fluency in Mandarin is required., * Bachelor’s degree required.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, database management, or HRIS support.
• Strong experience working with SQL databases and extracting large datasets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dayforce Ceridian administration, reporting, implementation, or configuration.
• Experience supporting internal or external audit initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR data structures, workforce reporting, and HR operations.
