UI/UX Designer

Insight Global is seeking a UI/UX Designer for a top financial services client in Charlotte, NC. This individual will play a key role in designing intuitive, user-centered experiences for enterprise web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user experience principles and modern front-end technologies. They will partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to lead the design process from research and ideation through final delivery. This role requires expertise in Figma, experience working within Angular-based environments, and the ability to simplify complex workflows into clean, effective user experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced enterprise environment and bring a passion for creating impactful digital experiences. Candidate must have very strong communication skills.

5+ years of UI/UX Design experience designing enterprise web and mobile applications

Expertise with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design

Experience leading end-to-end design processes from discovery through delivery

Strong understanding of Angular-based applications and how front-end components integrate with backend services

Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, data binding, and how data impacts user experience

Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable UI components

Strong user research, usability testing, and journey mapping experience

Ability to translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive user experiences

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Previous experience working within large enterprise environments Banking or financial services experience

Experience supporting applications built on Java-based architectures

Understanding of Oracle databases and how data structures impact UI design decisions

Experience working within Agile environment
