Job description
We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction activities on large-scale data center projects. This is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality, production, and cost control., * Lead daily field operations and maintain a strong safety-first culture
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, foremen, craft employees, and field crews
- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and sequencing in accordance with project schedules
- Coordinate RFIs, design conflicts, drawings, and field changes
- Maintain project quality standards and oversee quality control activities
- Develop and manage schedules for assigned areas of responsibility
- Monitor daily production, costs, quantities, and field reporting
- Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate multiple trades
- Identify and mitigate field risks and construction issues
- Support LEAN planning, continuous improvement, and change management
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to drive successful project execution
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience leading field operations on data center, mission-critical, or similarly complex construction projects., * 2+ years of Data construction supervisory experience
- Experience supervising subcontractors, foremen, craft personnel, or multiple crews
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, and cost control
- Experience with RFIs, drawings, quality control, and field coordination
- Strong safety mindset and ability to enforce site safety requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Data center or mission-critical construction experience Required
