Job description
- Own program planning and execution across a portfolio of HPC engineering and infrastructure initiatives.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, critical paths, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Compute, Network, Storage, Kubernetes, Data Center Operations, capacity, and related teams.
- Identify program risks and delivery blockers early and drive appropriate mitigation and escalation.
- Establish clear program governance, operating rhythms, and accountability across workstreams.
- Provide concise portfolio-level status, risk, and milestone reporting to engineering and executive leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional decisions and ensure actions, owners, and commitments are clearly established and tracked.
- Partner with Delivery teams on major infrastructure, capacity, and facilities deployments.
- Continuously improve program management processes and tools to support the scale and complexity of the HPC portfolio.
Requirements
- 10+ experience in technical program management, or a similar role within a complex engineering and delivery organization.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional technical programs.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure environments; experience with areas such as compute, networking, storage, Kubernetes, data centers, or large-scale infrastructure is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, critical paths, risks, and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior engineering and business leaders.
- Ability to translate complex technical programs into clear plans, risks, decisions, and executive-level reporting.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and a high degree of technical complexity.
