Full Stack Application Developer

The Software Engineering Center of Excellence delivers work using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), requiring developers to communicate clearly, present ideas effectively, and explain technical concepts in ways that are accessible to non-technical audiences. Developers are also expected to develop a foundational understanding of the business processes their solutions support, ensuring that functionality aligns with real-world workflows and organizational objectives.

What You Will Do

• Work with customers, solution architects, and peers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain technical solutions.
• Present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist team members in implementation of technical solutions and troubleshooting technical issues.

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Front-end development experience with modern frameworks: Typescript (Angular, React, or similar), CSS (Bootstrap, FontAwesome, or similar), JavaScript (AngularJS, jQuery, or similar).
• Back-end development experience with technologies and frameworks such as: Java, Python, .Net, MVC Frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core, Flask or similar), ORM’s (JPA, EFCore or similar), Testing Frameworks (JUnit, Pytest, XUnit or similar).
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract., * Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate oral/written communication skills.
• Proficiency in analysis and problem-solving.
• Experience w/ relational database management systems such as Oracle, MariaDB (MySQL), and/or SQL ServerAgile software development and CI/CD experience.
• Working knowledge of Object Oriented design patterns, cloud-native architecture and database automation (e.g. Liquibase, EF Core Management or similar).

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
