Full Stack Applications Developer Expert

We are seeking a versatile, mission-focused Senior Full-Stack Applications Developer to support the development, modernization, and operations & maintenance (O&M) of a diverse suite of enterprise software applications. The focus of this initiative is streamlining business operations, automating complex workflows, and aligning large-scale software solutions with modern digital architecture.

In this role, you will act as a critical technical bridge, collaborating with enterprise IT partners and stakeholders to ensure that modern data management, governance, and compliance protocols are baked into the early design stages of new applications. You will operate across the entire lifecycle-from rapid prototyping and API engineering to heavy backend database integration and modern front-end design., * Full-Stack Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance web applications and microservices using a primarily Java-based ecosystem, supplemented by Python and modern scripting frameworks.

• API & Integration Services: Architect, upgrade, and maintain secure, high-availability RESTful APIs and search capabilities to enable seamless communication across federated enterprise applications and disparate databases.
• Database & Cloud Management: Engineer and optimize backend solutions interacting with relational databases and structured datasets, utilizing modern cloud environments (AWS).
• UI/UX Collaboration: Partner closely with business analysts and UX designers to translate complex mission requirements and user stories into clean, accessible, and intuitive front-end interfaces.
• Data & Metadata Governance: Leverage enterprise capabilities to improve search optimization, website usability, and structured data transfers utilizing XML and JSON serialization standards.
• DevSecOps & Best Practices: Participate in rigorous code reviews, champion continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and ensure all code adheres to rigid security and performance standards.

• Backend Core: Deep production experience with Java and associated enterprise frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate, and asynchronous messaging architectures). Additional proficiency in Python is required.
• Frontend Ecosystem: Solid, hands-on experience building dynamic, responsive web interfaces using Angular with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Niche & Scripting Frameworks: Familiarity with or exposure to rapid development frameworks like Groovy on Grails, alongside general system scripting capabilities.
• Data Tier Mastery: Proficient in data modeling and writing complex SQL queries for relational database management systems (specifically PostgreSQL and MySQL).
• Architecture Paradigms: Proven experience architecting and decoupling monolithic applications into highly scalable Microservices.
• Modern Toolchains: Active experience utilizing Git-based source control management (GitHub/GitLab), automated build pipelines (Jenkins), and structured data formats (XML, JSON).
• Agile Delivery: Demonstrated background working smoothly inside fast-paced Agile/Scrum development teams to meet tight production cadences., * Excellent collaborative skills with a track record of partnering with cross-functional technical interfaces to align software plans with overarching enterprise architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting DNA- adept at tracking down deep-seated software defects and optimizing process runtimes.
• Proactive mindset regarding emerging tech trends, with the ability to recommend system enhancements that support evolving legal, compliance, or security mandates.
