Functional Tester

• Seeking an experienced Senior Tester (Senior QA Engineer) to lead quality assurance activities across the software development lifecycle.
• This role is responsible for test planning, test automation, functional and integration testing, defect management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable applications., * Lead the planning, design, and execution of test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing support.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Validate APIs, databases, integrations, and backend processes.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and support teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to quality improvements throughout the SDLC.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices.
• Support release validation, production verification, and hypercare activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and automation.

• The ideal consultant will possess strong technical testing expertise, automation experience, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and development teams., * Ability to ensure team’s adherence to Agile processes and best practices while adapting to particular team needs.
