As a Furniture Implementation Specialist, you’ll help bring customer workspace solutions to life by managing the details that happen after the sale. Acting as the central point of contact across customers, sales partners, vendors, and third-party installers, you’ll coordinate furniture orders from delivery through final installation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping projects moving, and creating a seamless experience for customers while supporting a high-performing sales organization.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate post-sale furniture order activities, including delivery, installation, scheduling, and issue resolution.
  • Manage service orders in internal systems such as CFS, Salesforce, or equivalent tools to ensure information is accurate, complete, and updated within required timelines.
  • Schedule and confirm deliveries and installations with customers, vendors, and third-party installation partners.
  • Track product status, project timelines, cost details, labor purchase orders, and installation readiness to help keep orders on schedule.
  • Review installation drawings against the bill of material and partner with the appropriate teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • Communicate customer instructions, site requirements, and service expectations clearly to vendors and installation teams.
  • Manage punch-list items, return trips, and service issues by identifying next steps and coordinating corrective action.
  • Provide timely status updates and progress reports to customers, sales partners, project management, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of order progress, communications, changes, and final outcomes.
  • Support third-party vendors with process and tool usage to promote accurate reporting and consistent execution., Operates and maintains unmanned aircraft systems in remote and austere environments. Plans missions, briefs customers, monitors weather and airspace requirements, delivers flight and payload data, analyzes mission results, and completes reports. What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft 365, Salesforce, CFS, or equivalent business systems to manage orders, customer information, documentation, or workflow updates.

What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with furniture, installation services or facilities coordination
  • Experience supporting purchase orders, vendor coordination, freight coordination, labor quotes, or service cost tracking.
  • Experience working in a B2B, distribution, operations, or sales support environment.
  • Experience using Excel, reporting tools, or documentation processes to track project or order status.
