IT Deployment Inventory Specialist

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Help prep iPads. This includes applying barcodes, putting them in cases and enrolling/updating the software
• Fulfill shipments to field reps using FedEx Ship Manager
• Ensure that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel.
• Maintain controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods).
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records.
• Ensure that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct.
• Conduct analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements.
• Will be involved in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage of products in distribution center.
• Provides support in distribution efforts including assembly, processing, packaging, and/or distribution of company products.
• May set up equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.
• Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities in devices/workflows and recommends solutions/adjustments to methods and processes.

Do you have experience in Shipping and receiving inventory management?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * College degree preferred; High School Diploma required

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management and shipping.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with FedEx Ship Manager, SalesForce.com, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Organizational skills and flexibility in a changing environment

• Proactive approach to solving problems
