About the company
Apps Associates is looking for an AppsChange Lead to drive the people side of Oracle transformation engagements. This is fundamentally a relationship and influence role: someone who builds real allies across the project team and the client organization, earns buy-in fast, and finds the next valuable way in when scope gets cut rather than waiting to be told where to go.
