They work closely with customers to understand operational challenges and develop tailored technical solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and performance.As a Solution Architect, you will serve as the technical lead throughout the project lifecycle, acting as the bridge between customers, project teams, and stakeholders. This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working on varied projects rather than supporting a single product or technology.ResponsibilitiesLead the technical delivery of complex customer projects from initial concept through to implementation.Engage with customers to understand requirements, challenges, and operational objectives.Develop solution concepts and system architectures that meet customer

needs and project goals.Translate customer requirements into technical specifications, work packages, budgets, and timelines.Provide technical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary engineering teams.Work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder alignment.Support customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions throughout the project lifecycle.Identify technical risks and develop pragmatic solutions to overcome project challenges.Ensure project deliverables meet agreed technical requirements, standards, and quality expectations.Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Candidate RequirementsDegree qualified in Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Systems Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead, or similar position.Experience delivering complex technical projects involving multiple engineering disciplines.Strong ability to understand complete systems rather than focusing on a single technology or component.Comfortable gathering requirements, defining solutions, and leading technical discussions with customers.Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering teams and manage technical stakeholders.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and structured manner.Highly organised with strong documentation, planning, and problem-solving capability.A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset.Fluent English communication skills.Willingness to travel internationally as required.This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys tackling new technical challenges, working directly with customers, and playing a key role in shaping innovative engineering solutions across a diverse range of projects.
