Partner Solutions Architect

• We serve as the primary technical enablement resource for assigned channel partners within the UKI region.
• We build solution and bill of materials proposals to enable partners to quote our technology stack.
• We develop partner technical capability so partners can independently conduct technical discovery, solution positioning, and sales activities.
• We build and maintain strong relationships with senior partner technical leaders, pre-sales managers, and partner-facing technical teams.
• We influence partner technical strategy by aligning our solutions to partner offerings and go-to-market motions.
• We work closely with Partner Managers to plan and deliver technical enablement activities, including partner QBRs, lunch-and-learn sessions, and technical workshops.
• We design engagements that educate and enable partner technical teams while supporting individual deals from a technical perspective.
• We assess partner technical maturity and tailor enablement plans to close capability gaps and influence partner GTM and portfolio.
• We provide ongoing compliance checks and train partner technical teams to ensure adherence to the Global NetApp Partner compliance program.
• We educate partners on where and how our solutions fit within their portfolio and customer use cases.
• We guide partners on positioning our solutions effectively within their own offerings.
• We support technical whiteboarding and solution discussions with partners when appropriate.
• We ensure partners understand our full portfolio and how to leverage it across infrastructure, data management, and cloud use cases.

• We require 5 years of recent experience in enterprise infrastructure technologies, including storage, datacentre architecture, networking, and compute.
• We require 5 years of experience working with and enabling channel partners in a technical capacity, such as Sales Engineer, Channel Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect supporting the channel.
• We require a strong understanding of partner ecosystems and how partners position, sell, and support enterprise technology solutions.
• We require a thorough understanding of major customer imperatives and the relevant technology drivers and trends.
• We require proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We require demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build credibility with senior technical stakeholders.
• We require comfort operating in a matrixed environment across partner and internal teams.
