Lösungskonzeption & Projektleitung: Du entwickelst fachliche sowie technische Konzepte und begleitest M365- und Azure-Projekte ganzheitlich - von der ersten Idee über Tests bis zum Go-live. * Produktverantwortung & Support: Du übernahmst die fachliche Verantwortung für ausgewählte M365-Services, inklusive Rollen-/Berechtigungskonzepten, Anwendersupport sowie Incident- und Problemmanagement. * Partner- & Steuerungsschnittstelle: Du steuerst die Umsetzung gemeinsam mit internen Teams sowie externen Dienstleistern und unterstützt bei Softwareauswahl, Lizenzmanagement und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen. Profil * Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. * Tech-Stack: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Ökosystem (M365, Azure, Power Platform, Intune) sowie in modernen Workplace- und Sicherheitstechnologien - idealerweise im regulierten Umfeld. * Methodenkompetenz: Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering, Prozessmanagement (BPMN, UML) sowie im agilen Projektumfeld (z. B. als Product Owner). * Skills: Analytische, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Stärke in der Stakeholder-Kommunikation und verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau).
