Job description
- Fachliche und organisatorische FĂźhrung eines erfahrenen Infrastrukturteams
- Verantwortung fĂźr einen stabilen, sicheren und effizienten IT-Betrieb
- Steuerung von Ressourcen, Prioritäten und Servicequalität
- Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung der Infrastruktur
- Mitarbeit an Transformations- und Modernisierungsprojekten
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Infrastruktur, Applikation und weiteren Stakeholdern
- Weiterentwicklung von Betriebsprozessen und technischen Standards
- Arbeiten mit modernen Technologien, insbesondere Cloud/Azure, Windows, Linux, Netzwerk, Storage und Compute
- Einsatz von Automatisierungstools wie Ansible, Terraform oder vergleichbaren LĂśsungen
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Design, Aufbau und Betrieb komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen
- Gutes Verständnis von IT-Architektur und modernen Cloud-Konzepten
- Erfahrung mit IT-Service-Management und ITIL-orientierten Betriebsprozessen
- Kenntnisse in Automatisierung und Infrastructure as Code
- Erfahrung in TeamfĂźhrung, Coaching und Ressourcenmanagement
- Eine strukturierte, lÜsungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben
