Software Engineer

• Incident Governance & Triage: Act as the technical first responder for production anomalies and system degradation. Debug incidents close to production, identify root causes, improve error handling, and work with core product teams as required.
• Proactive Monitoring & Observability: Optimize alerting structures, reduce alert fatigue, and ensure early incident discovery.
• Support Enablement: Partner with Operations team to communicate directly with customers when handling incoming technical queries.
• System Capacity & Performance: Identify operational bottlenecks and help transform fragile or manual workflows into repeatable, well-managed systems.

• Proven experience in fast-paced startups or high-growth environments.
• Driven by curiosity and data: You love learning by doing, diving deep into technical issues, analyzing logs and system metrics to make data-informed decisions, and getting your hands dirty to solve complex problems.
• Inquisitive & People-oriented: You like getting close to the customer to understand how they use the product, proactively digging into their technical needs, and serving as a clear bridge between user feedback and engineering fixes.
• Experience or familiarity working with Agile methodologies (preferably SCRUM).
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
