Scrum Master

Insight Global is partnering with a leading global bank to hire an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support a large-scale SAFe Portfolio operating across multiple Agile teams. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, driving team performance, and ensuring successful execution across a complex payments and middleware technology landscape. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, and North America within a highly regulated banking environment. The applicant Must Have the below:5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master within large-scale Agile environments.Strong experience operating within SAFe delivery frameworks.Proven experience supporting multiple Agile teams within enterprise programmes.Extensive hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.Strong understanding of Agile metrics, sprint reporting, and delivery governance.Experience managing dependencies, risks, and impediments across complex technology initiatives.Previous experience working within a global banking or financial services organisation.Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.Required CertificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).Strong understanding of SAFe operating models and Agile governance frameworks.
