QA Test Automation Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and end-to-end business workflows. Analyze functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to identify automationopportunities. Automate regression test cases andexpand automation coverage across applications. Develop reusable automation frameworks and utilities to improve testing efficiency. Execute automated test suites andanalyze test results. Identify, document, and trackdefects through resolution and retesting. Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD integration and shift-left testing practices. Maintain test cases, automation assets, and traceability within Zephyr/Jira. Support test data management and environment coordination activities. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and defect triage meetings. Generate test execution metrics, automation coverage reports, and quality dashboards. Ensure compliance with M&TSDLC, governance, and security standards. 10+ years of test automation experience. Experience in the banking or financialservices domain. Strong understanding of SDLC,STLC, and quality engineering practices. Experience working in distributedAgile teams. Knowledge of cloud platforms andmodern DevOps practices is a plus. Experience with AI-assisted testautomation tools is desirable.
