QA Automation Architect

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Architect to design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and quality engineering solutions. The candidate will define automation strategies, select appropriate tools and technologies, establish testing standards, and guide QA engineers in delivering reliable and maintainable automated tests across web, API, mobile, and backend applications., * Define the overall test automation strategy and architecture.

• Design and develop scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks.
• Evaluate and select automation tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Develop automation solutions for web, API, mobile, and backend applications.
• Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for automation.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement automated regression, functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and maintain test automation libraries and reusable components.
• Review automation code and provide technical guidance to QA engineers.
• Identify opportunities to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effort.
• Integrate automation frameworks with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Work with development and DevOps teams to implement Continuous Testing.
• Monitor automated test execution and analyze failures.
• Implement test reporting, logging, screenshots, and test evidence.
• Establish quality metrics and automation KPIs.
• Support performance, security, and reliability testing where required.
• Mentor QA engineers and establish automation best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams.
