EDI /ERP MANAGER

Candidate must have hands-on experience setting up, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting the following EDI transactions: Retail Partners: 3PL Partners: Daily EDI & ERP Responsibilities

• Monitor daily EDI transactions and files for map translation errors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve EDI mapping errors.
• Configure automated reports/notifications for EDI errors.
• Set up and maintain control tables to ensure proper file processing.
• Identify and implement EDI/ERP workflow improvements.
• Troubleshoot ERP errors and coordinate resolution.
• Perform retail and 3PL partner EDI setup and testing.
• Support ongoing EDI transaction maintenance.

We are seeking an experienced EDI & ERP Administrator with strong hands-on CGS BlueCherry experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in fashion apparel, footwear, wholesale, or manufacturing, with experience managing EDI processes, ERP troubleshooting, partner implementations, and end-user training. Required Skills & Experience

• CGS BlueCherry experience is REQUIRED.
• Strong hands-on EDI experience with retail and 3PL partners.
• Fashion apparel, footwear, wholesale, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Multi-brand / multi-channel experience is a plus.
• Experience managing EDI functions/teams strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train end users across Sales, Production, EDI, and Allocations functions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for ERP and EDI-related issues.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in NYC 5 days/week.
