Job description
Our client is looking for a Level I IT Support Specialist to provide both onsite and remote end-user support. This is a role supporting a growing environment following an acquisition. Candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting basic hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues while serving as the first point of contact for users.
This is a true âbread-and-butterâ IT Support role with a heavy emphasis on customer service and communication.
Level 1 IT support ~2,000 end users across multiple locations and remote users.
60% remote ticket support, 40% hands-on desktop support.
Physical set ups/workstation set ups/printers
Handles 20-30 tickets per day per technician.
Core Responsibilities
Troubleshoot O365, Active Directory, MFA, Outlook, VPN, login/access, and password reset issues.
Resolve printer, scanner, monitor, and workstation issues.
Set up desks, workstations, hardware, and cabling.
Requirements
2-5 years experience as an IT Support, Desktop, End User Support specialist, etc,
-Active Directory experience
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Experience with resolving printer, scanner, monitor, and workstation issues
