Scrum Master II

The Scrum Master is responsible for driving team effectiveness, delivery execution, and Agile maturity. This role goes beyond running meetings and focuses on helping the team consistently deliver quality outcomes while removing impediments and improving processes., * Lead all Agile ceremonies and ensure they have clear objectives.

• Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness before sprint planning.
• Manage risks, blockers, dependencies, and sprint carryover.
• Drive accountability for delivery commitments and team outcomes.
• Maintain Azure DevOps board hygiene and reporting.
• Monitor and communicate velocity, burndown, and other delivery metrics.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices.
• Facilitate continuous improvement and process optimization.

• Strong Scrum and Agile expertise.
