Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Coach to join our team in Miami, FL. This is an onsite role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to drive Agile delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will serve as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, helping teams embrace Agile principles, improve delivery outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will play a key role in removing impediments, driving collaboration, and ensuring transparency across multiple teams and initiatives.

Your Role

Work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with Agile methodologies and best practices. Serve as a servant leader and coach, enabling teams to become self-organized, accountable, and high-performing.

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including:Daily Stand-ups,Sprint Planning,Sprint Reviews,Sprint Retrospectives
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, impediments, and blockers, driving them to timely resolution.
  • Ask insightful and challenging questions to uncover gaps, improve clarity, and support informed decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks, and mindset.
  • Ensure transparency through effective tracking, reporting, Agile metrics, and progress monitoring.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog prioritization, refinement, and sprint readiness.
  • Drive alignment across teams to improve delivery predictability and business outcomes.
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives and help scale Agile practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Coach within Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions.
  • Experience managing team dependencies, risks, and delivery roadblocks.
  • Experience with Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working in scaled Agile environments; knowledge of SAFe or similar frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience supporting Agile transformations and organizational change initiatives.
  • Experience coaching multiple Agile teams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Scrum certifications such as:

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
  • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or related SAFe certifications
