Team Leader - Platform Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality in-house software products. Oversee daily operations and workflow to ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and provide training on new procedures and industry regulations. Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Analyze and report on team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Develop extensible enterprise software using cutting-edge technology. Participate in project focused Scrum rituals (standup, grooming, planning, retrospective)

Req. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related and 24 months related experience.
