and contribute to the strategic and technical direction of the division. - Maintain an overview of new research and development (R&D) products and accompany their operational implementation - Actively support technical escalations and risks for our business - Be the point of contact for our four technical communities and ensure that initiatives are aligned and add value to the business - Actively engage stakeholders and participate in global and regional communities - Advise management on technical gaps, priorities, regional risks, etc. Qualifications We are looking for candidates with proven leadership experience in a technical environment. This position does not focus primarily on your technical expertise, but on your ability to identify synergies, align stakeholders around common goals, and steer the technical agenda in a way that adds value to the business.
