Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect - Revenue Cloud to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud, Order Management, and Salesforce platform architecture, with a strong ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and high-performing technical solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-scale Revenue Cloud implementations and digital transformation initiatives., * Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, including CPQ, Billing, Contracts, Orders, and Revenue Management.

  • Lead technical design sessions and provide architecture guidance across multiple Salesforce projects.
  • Develop scalable and secure solutions leveraging Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to gather requirements and define technical roadmaps.
  • Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and ERP, Finance, Pricing, Payment, and Order Management systems.
  • Provide technical leadership for custom Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integrations.
  • Ensure solutions are optimized for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Review code, technical specifications, and architectural designs to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Support data migration, system modernization, and enterprise integration initiatives.
  • Mentor developers and offshore/onshore technical teams.
  • Participate in architecture governance, deployment planning, and release management activities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong technical architecture expertise.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of:

Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

Expertise in Salesforce integration technologies including REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft, and middleware solutions.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data modeling, and security frameworks.

Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Ability to lead client-facing technical discussions and architectural workshops.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification.

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud Accreditation or related certifications.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Background in Quote-to-Cash (QTC) transformations and enterprise digital transformation programs., * Salesforce Revenue Cloud
