Workday Financials Integration & Implementation Consultants

Experience: 6+ years overall, with strong hands-on Workday Financials experience, We are looking for experienced Workday Financials Integration & Implementation Consultants to support Workday Financial Management implementations, integrations, configuration, testing, and deployment activities. The consultants will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, Workday technical teams, and other enterprise applications to deliver scalable Workday solutions., * Participate in Workday Financials implementation and enhancement projects.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Configure and implement Workday Financial Management modules.
• Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Integrate Workday Financials with ERP, banking, payroll, procurement, expense, tax, and other enterprise applications.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop and troubleshoot EIBs, custom reports, calculated fields, and integrations.
• Support data conversion and migration activities.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to resolve implementation issues.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, and regression testing.
• Develop technical documentation, integration specifications, test plans, and deployment documentation.
• Ensure Workday configurations and integrations follow security and enterprise architecture standards.
