Job description
As a Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting technology solutions across the business. You’ll analyse systems, map processes, evaluate new technologies, and collaborate with both internal teams and external suppliers to deliver effective, secure, and scalable solutions., * Investigate business challenges and gather the information needed to recommend suitable technical solutions
- Review current systems and processes to identify optimisation opportunities
- Support RFQ preparation, vendor meetings, and proposal evaluations
- Assess corporate technology solutions for local implementation
- Assist the Product Manager with cost estimates and project planning
- Support system architecture, integration work, and alignment with best practices
- Document business requirements and technical specifications clearly and thoroughly
- Coordinate with security teams and vendors on vulnerability assessments and remediation
- Create prototypes and validate solution designs when required
- Prepare structured test plans, test cases, and testing scripts
- Lead and coordinate UAT phases, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved
- Contribute to go-live planning, post-deployment checks, and stability testing
- Deliver user training and knowledge-transfer sessions
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and support core business applications
- Implement standards for scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vulnerability assessment?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * 3-5 years’ experience in Systems Analysis within the SDLC
- Strong technical understanding of systems, applications, and integration concepts
- Knowledge of PL/SQL, .NET, Java or JavaScript is considered an advantage
- Experience in Business Process Reengineering is beneficial
- Background in the insurance sector is a strong asset
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems (Master’s an asset)
- Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum, ITIL or TOGAF are highly valued
