Job description

System Analyst with extensive experience designing, enhancing, and supporting mission-critical applications built on PL/SQL, COBOL, and mainframe technologies. Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, streamline data flows, and modernize legacy systems without disrupting operations. Strong background in system integration, performance tuning, and end-to-end SDLC support. Recognized for clear communication, analytical depth, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers. Adept at working in high-availability environments, especially within banking, insurance, and large enterprise ecosystems.

What You’ll Do

System Analysis

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to perform System analysis .
  • Analyse current systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Support testing, validation, and rollout of new integrations and enhancements.
  • Monitor performance of interfaces and assist in resolving issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for partner inquiries, providing first-level support and coordinating with technical teams when needed.
  • Track progress and ensure alignment with service expectations.
  • Maintain and promote positive relationships with partners through clear communication and responsive support.

Requirements

  • Strong background in system integration, performance tuning, and end-to-end SDLC support.
  • Recognized for clear communication, analytical depth, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers
  • Up to 5 years of experience in System analysis.
  • Good understanding of PL/SQL, COBOL and Oracle Forms.
  • Good understanding of ALTOVA tool.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Azure Products (Boards, DevOps), Microsoft Office and basic data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to support or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
