Manages complex ERP deployments with frequent travel to implementation sites to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization. Leverages deep ERP expertise and project management best practices to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while taking initiative, driving decisions, and addressing challenges during on-site implementations. Facilitates organizational change for user adoption, including on-site training and support. Essential Functions
- Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards and meet customer expectations.
- Manages technical and non-technical aspects of the project.
- Plans, schedules, and ensures timely completion of the project.
- Assembles IT project teams and manages resource allocation and day-to-day operations of the project.
- Serves as liaison between team members and management team regarding IT projects.
- Incorporates quality measures and standards to project deliverables.
- Possesses strong knowledge of information technology.
Requirements
- Required education and experience: Associate’s Degree and 8-10 years’ experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), * Preferred education and experience: Bachelor’s Degree
- Discipline/Major: Information Technology or related degree preferred.
- Knowledge, skills & abilities: Change Management. Fit/Gap Analysis. Project Administration. Project Controls. Project Documentation. Project Implementation. Project Lifecycle Management (PLM). Project Planning. Project Scheduling. Project Scoping. Scope Management. Stakeholder Management. Technical Project Management. Budgetary Controls. Project Management Software.
- Experience in SAP, Oracle and/or IFS ERP systems
- Project management certifications (i.e., PMP, CSM, PSM, etc.)
- Aerospace and defense industry experience a plus
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.

Pay Range (USD) 119,000-161,000 Pay Transparency Statement The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position.
