Data Architect - Federal Client - US Citizen Needed

The Task Order Manager / Data Architect will serve as the primary contractor point of accountability for the successful execution of the Enterprise Data Infrastructure Operations, Management, Analytics, and Data Discovery Services contract supporting the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Office of Information Technology (OIT). This position is responsible for overall task order performance, technical leadership, coordination of data infrastructure activities, and ensuring delivery of high-quality enterprise data management, analytics, reporting, and discovery capabilities., * Serve as the contractor’s authorized representative for all daily operational matters related to contract performance.

• Provide overall management, technical direction, and oversight of assigned contract activities.
• Develop and execute task order management strategies, including technical approaches, organizational resources, management controls, risk management, configuration management, and quality assurance processes.
• Lead coordination of contractor personnel to ensure assigned work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
• Oversee enterprise data infrastructure operations, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement activities.
• Provide technical leadership for data architecture, data governance, metadata management, analytics, reporting, and enterprise search capabilities.
• Support the operation, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improvement of Government-approved enterprise data environments, including on-premises, cloud, hybrid, and other approved platforms.
• Ensure data solutions support data quality, integrity, security, accessibility, preservation, and mission requirements.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and other contractor personnel to deliver integrated support.
• Prepare and support required contract deliverables, including management plans, status reports, technical documentation, assessments, and improvement recommendations., The selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust level security clearance and comply with applicable DOJ, EOIR, cybersecurity, privacy, and data handling requirements. Contractor personnel supporting this effort may require access to DOJ information, IT systems, and facilities and must meet applicable personnel security requirements. ## Availability Requirements The Data Architect, or designated alternate, must be available during normal Government business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time, excluding Federal holidays and Government-directed closures.

• Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise data infrastructure programs or projects.
• Experience with data architecture, data management, data governance, analytics, reporting, and enterprise data discovery solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating multidisciplinary resources.
• Experience developing and managing technical documentation, operational procedures, and performance reporting.
• Knowledge of enterprise data environments, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises architectures.
• Ability to support Federal Government information technology environments and comply with applicable security and data protection requirements.
