Job description

The Senior Program Manager - Technology Transformation & Portfolio Governance is accountable for orchestrating large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives by integrating independently owned strategies into a single, coherent portfolio roadmap. This role ensures that cloud adoption and infrastructure transformation efforts are governed, sequenced, funded, and risk-managed as an enterprise program rather than a collection of disconnected technical initiatives.

The role operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance. Success requires a leader who can independently connect complex business and technology priorities, remove organizational barriers, drive decision-making, and influence outcomes across a highly matrixed environment. The ideal candidate focuses on delivering business outcomes, executive communication, and portfolio leadership rather than administrative process management.

This position is best suited for a leader who brings structure to complexity, creates alignment across competing priorities, delegates effectively, and ensures transformation commitments are realistic, transparent, and achievable.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global’s Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.

Executive Communication

  • Focuses on outcomes rather than administrative process.

  • Operates independently and requires minimal oversight.

  • Effectively delegates work and scales through project managers and team resources.

  • Demonstrates strong leadership, influence, and accountability.

  • Quickly understands complex situations and connects information across teams.

  • Provides leaders with concise, actionable insights related to status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
