Technical Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale SharePoint migration and transformation program. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, coordinating hundreds to thousands of sites and workflows, and driving alignment across technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide migration initiatives, facilitating program planning activities, and delivering complex technology transformations on time and within scope. This role requires exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to navigate large, matrixed environments., * 7+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programs.

• Proven experience leading complex migration or transformation initiatives.
• Strong background managing programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder groups.
• Experience coordinating large environments involving hundreds or thousands of workflows, users, or sites.
• Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating PI Planning, release planning, and program-level roadmap discussions.
• Strong risk management, project governance, and program reporting experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment in large organizations.
